Growing Rainbow Beet Blend Microgreens Seeds

Growing Directions:

Rainbow blend beet require soaking prior to sowing. Soil is the preferred growth medium for beets. Hydroponic grow medium fall short in providing the ideal envrionment that beets require. Bury the beet seed with a little bit of soil. Cover with a paper towel and spray with water until moist and mist often until the seeds germinate and take root. Revome paper towel at that point, otherwise just watch your microgreens poke through the soil.

Harvest rainbow beet microgreens by cutting them all at once a centimeter above the soil line, use scissors or a very sharp blade. You can compost your spent microgreens roots and soil. Reuse your grow tray--just be sure to wash with soap. Try growing a small tray for starters--a paper packet is the perfect amount for a test grow.
